SCVAA & Velocity Makes Bold Alliance for the Future

Our focus is always forging ahead and looking to the future and ways to make our programs better and stronger than ever. SCVAA is proud to announce our affiliation with Velocity Sports Performance the leader in advanced training for athletes ages 8 and up. Sports Performance Director, Adam Johnson had ten of his athletes chosen in the 2008 NFL Draft.  Velocity SP will help enhance the Warrior program, however, any athlete can train there on an individual basis. Schedule a free training session to see for yourself. SCVAA and Velocity SP will announce a discounted rate for members in the next few weeks. We will also have a contest throughout the football season and the winning team will win an entire months training for FREE at Velocity Sports Performance, yes that includes the teams Cheer Squad as well.

To kick off our joint affiliation, Velocity SP will conduct Coaches Clinics and Team Clinics for the Warriors in addition to hosting a Combine at Valencia High School in conjunction with the 2nd Annual PYFL 7-on-7 Passing Tournament June 14th. Cost for the combine will be $10.00. Velocity SP staff will work with all Warrior coaches during the 2008 season instructing them on proper warm-up routines featuring Velocity’s proven active-dynamic warm-up.
